Join artist K N Hari Das for an immersive introduction to the art of Pen & Wash Travel Sketching. This workshop is designed for beginners as well as artists looking to bring more spontaneity and confidence into their sketching practice.
Pen & Wash is a an efficient approach to sketching on location ( This planned session is a studio session). By combining expressive line work with one or two simple watercolor washes, artists can capture the character of a place quickly and effectively. It is an ideal medium for travel journals, sketchbooks, and urban sketching.
Everyone receives personal guidance throughout the session. All materials will be provided for use during the workshop (to be returned at the end of the session), and participants will take their completed artwork home. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own sketchbooks if they wish to work in them (Not mandatory)
